martaja-I disagree with your statement. Becoming a monk is not "like hiding yourself", rather, I think these monks are so devoted to the Buddhist philosophy that they truly want to detach themselves from the materialistic or "real world" as you call it and practice their teachings in its pure form. Also, Buddhism is the most simple of all the religions because of its lack of worship and dogma, but I agree it is the most difficult to practice-to want nothing and to be always mindful, easier said than done, that's why these monks are brave to devote themselves to this practice.

Why is this show under your "health" category? Shouldn't it be under "design"? I agree with prairie, if you claim to improve someone's health, shouldn't you get some results or testimonials?
I can appreciate this show more if the corniness can be taken down a few notches. Matt is overacting and so are the announcers. Matt, just be real with the expressions and let the announcers act.
