I feel both guilty and that I'm doing the right thing at the same time!
Excellent
Hey guys...hope everyone's holidays were killer and I trust everyone gained their annual 10 pound "busta-gut". I do want to say the corn medley's "mystery ingredient" was a lesser known herb called "Chervil". I use it dried exclusively over parsley as it adds a nice Earthy flavor...especially with sauteed mushrooms, garlic and onion. I use it my sauces and everything...
Look it up, you'll especially like it sprinkled on some garlic bread...oh man, I think I just gained 3 pounds thinking about all that food...yummy!
Thanks,

I love the show. One thing that would be great is to have the recipes for the things you make. Either that or remember to describe the things like the spices. It doesn't bother me that you don't show all the parts of the meal (like the mashed potatoes), but it would be nice if you showed all the steps/ingredients in the things you do show.
Hi Joe. The only thing I didn't like about this episode is that you didn't shoe how you made the mashed potatoes. You also put something in the corn and red pepers mix. What was that?
yum....great tips....love your show! I love to cook but I learn something new in every show I watch!
Quick tip: eggs are like nature's "glue", mix up some egg whites and toss your pork chop in the egg before you dredge it in the crust mixture...it will help the dry ingredients stick better in the cooking process! Enjoy this yummy variation of pork chops! Thanks for watching - Joe
